By purchasing at Sensibar you are agreeable to all terms and conditions stated below. We reserve the right to amend the below without prior notice at any given time.

- Please ensure that all details (colour, size, customization specifications) of your order is correctly made before proceeding to check out. We will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed. No exchanges will be allowed should the wrong order be placed.
- For all payments made via iBanking / FAST / ATM transfer, kindly make payment within 24 hours to the stated account(s) reflected in the issued invoice. We regret to inform you that all repeated offenders will be blacklisted.
- Please ensure the accuracy of all required information submitted during the checkout and payment processes to avoid any possible delays during shipping.
- Your order is secured only upon verification of payment and will only be processed thereafter for packing and/or production.
- All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received and notified of within the stipulated timeframe. In the event where a customer has transferred for the invoice of a cancelled order (exceeding the 24 hours timeframe without prior notice), no refunds will be made. Store credits will be issued.
- Carting out for an order implies your genuine interest in making a purchase. As such, an order slot will be reserved for you. Please note that your account may be blacklisted from future purchases should no payment be received and/or orders are cancelled.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Please refer to the production time stated on the product page of each customizable item. Orders will be completed within this period and will be shipped thereafter.
- Orders will be shipped when all items are fulfilled. Customers are charged for additional shipping should a separation of order shipment be requested for.

- All prices on our website are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- All prices displayed on our website are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes to prices without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. In the event of incorrect pricing, either due to typographical or other error(s), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of the order status. A refund will be made for affected orders that have been paid for.
- We strive to ensure that colour in product photos are as accurate in real life.
- Colours may vary from device to device due to differing monitor resolutions and image rendering on various devices. We will not be held responsible for purchases made with any misperception of colours.
- All measurements provided were taken as accurately as possible.
- Please allow an allowance of 0.5 - 1cm discrepancy (though we do our very best to measure each chain link and material piece as accurately as possible).

- We accept all domestic payment made via internet banking (iBanking), FAST and ATM transfers from all local banks and PayPal payments.
- All required information for iBanking, FAST and ATM transfers are stated in the email invoices for each order. We seek your kind cooperation in providing the full set of information accurately for verification purposes. Sensibar reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.
- Kindly make payment within 24 hours to the stated account(s) reflected in the issued invoice. We regret to inform you that all repeated offenders will be blacklisted.
- PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments online. Transaction fee will be absorbed by Sensibar.
- All international orders can be paid for via PayPal using any valid debit / credit card. You do not need to be a registered PayPal user.
- Currency conversion will automatically be made by PayPal upon payment. All currency conversions are accurate at time of payment, in accordance to Paypal's rates.
- We do not accept other mode of payment for international orders (no telegraphic transfer/wiring).

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Please note that we do not provide meet-up / self collection options for all orders.
- All local delivery options will be handled by SingPost, unless otherwise arranged by us.
- All postage charges are at a flat rate, regardless of the number of items purchased.
- Postage fees will include cost of stationery, manpower for packing and delivering of parcels to post office. There will be no refund of excess should the stamp value be lesser than the total postage charge.

- Postage charges:
- Local (Normal) : $1.50
- Local (Registered) : $3.75*
- Malaysia / Brunei : $5.00*
- All other countries : $10.00*
- Registered postage is highly recommended for all locally mailed parcels. Sensibar will not be responsible for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. There is also no possibility of tracing normal postage parcels once they have been dispatched to Singpost.
- A tracking number will be provided for all local parcels mailed via registered postage. All internationally mailed parcels will also receive a tracking number.
- We will definitely do our best to help retrace a parcel mailed via registered postage in the event that the delivery is extensively delayed.
- Combination of parcels/orders will not be allowed unless the orders are made on the same day and payment is in on the same day.
- All unclaimed (or due to incorrect address provided, etc) parcels that have been returned to us will need to be paid for by the customer before we can resend it. The above postage charges will apply.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- All items are not subjected for returns, exchanges or refunds; unless items are wrongly received, damaged or defective
- All cases of returns and exchanges will be subjected to verification and handled by discretion
- Returns must be unworn and unaltered with all original packaging in place
- Customers will bear full responsibility in ensuring that returned items in original packaging are securely packed
- Customers are encouraged to use a registered service with tracking capabilities as we will not be responsible for any mails loss in transit during the return
- Items deemed defected will be repaired or exchanged for the same item that is still in stock
- In the unlikely event that the item is beyond repair or out of stock, customers are allowed to exchange for another item of equal or higher value (top-up required).
- Alternatively, store credits will be issued. Customers can use these store credits for their next purchase.
- There is strictly no refunds for items sold.
The above exchange policy is applicable for 7 days from date of shipment. No returns will be accepted once this duration has expired.

- All emails will be replied to within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please refrain from sending multiple emails as we reply to emails in accordance to time. Our system automatically refreshes each repeated email with a new timestamp which causes your email to be marked as "Most recent".
